Blockens is a brand of Blockens, S.A. de C.V. (RFC BLO2308304D6), a Mexican company registered with the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) as a money transmitter, which performs operations with virtual assets as a vulnerable activity under Article 17, Section XVI of the Mexican LFPIORPI (anti-money-laundering law). Blockens is not a bank and does not take deposits. Services are provided by Blockens, S.A. de C.V.; international payments and payments to China and Hong Kong are carried out with regulated partners in each jurisdiction. Digital assets, including stablecoins, are not legal tender, are not backed or guaranteed by any government and are not protected by IPAB. Availability
Services are available to clients who complete onboarding and the compliance review, subject to eligibility and applicable law; not all products are available in all jurisdictions.
